This is not billed as a gay series or an Asian BL series, but it should be. This is a comedy first and foremost, with a little romance, action, mystery and sci-fi thrown in. A guy, who is totally straight, realizes that he can't get the girl he wants and he finds a store that make futuristic, realistic robots that will love you and care for you. However, when he fills out the paperwork, he is drunk and accidentally orders a male robot that is in love with him, who he calls Adam. When he throws a fit, the store sends him an older female model, but she falls in love with Adam and this creates a bizarre love triangle, as he loves Eve, she loves Adam and Adam loves him. When he tries to alter Eve's feelings so that she'll like him, it sets off a crazy chain of events, but in the end - all is well. There's so much I could write about this one, but I'll just focus on the gay part for now. While the guy and Adam never fully become a couple, they both know that they are more than friends. After visiting a gay bar one night, the guy confesses to Adam that he wished he was a girl so they could be together and he also hopes he gets reincarnated as a girl so they can be together in the next life, and so on. If you are looking for a comedy with a lot of gay overtones, this is an incredibly good series.
